  • Recently had a hip replacement and from my first consultation to my physio the staff and duty of care has been excellent. Everyone is polite and friendly and rooms are clean and have every thing you need .

  • I had an operation at Pinehill in late November. I found all the staff to be very caring. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. I found the hospital to be clean and nothing was lacking. Food wise there was enough variety to find something you liked. I think my only criticism was no follow up call after I went home to see how I was doing, although I had all the information of who to call if I did any problems, other than that I have no complaint and would certainly recommend the hospital.

  • I’m giving three stars purely on the basis that I can’t seem to get an appointment soon enough to treat my rheumatoid arthritis. I’ve got an ultrasound booked on the 18th Jan and the next available appointment is 23rd Feb? So more than a month to wait! Unfortunately that means I wont be able to start medication within the 12 week window of when my symptoms started.

  • 10Dec 2023 I had a bad experience. I hope is a one off. Specialists are good, the administration and specially the radiology depatment are terrible. I had my MRI nearly 3 weeks ago and I applied for a copy. They came back with a rude email to fill out the form I already sent them. No email for complaints on the Ramsey website, just the web form. No replies after days. --- Update on the 13th of Dec Finally the issue was resolved and actions were promised by the hospital. Think might have been a one off problem in the Radiology department due to the introduction of new conent management tools. I received the emails at the end and all the data I needed. The delay was bad but life is more about how a problem is resolved.
