We do, of course hope that you were satisfied with the service and attention we gave you here at Pinehill. If we have, in some way, fallen short of your expectations, we do want to hear from you. Please do speak to us when you are in Pinehill and we will do everything we can to help you. If you do feel you would like to write to us, 'We Value Your Opinion' card are all around the hospital or ask a member of staff for a copy. If you feel that you would like to take a more formal route, please follow the guidance notes on 'How to make a complaint step by step'.

"I came to Pinehill a few weeks ago for a functional septorinoplasty and was so impressed and grateful at the care I received. I was very nervous before my operation but I had my own room where I could have my mum and boyfriend with me, that made me feel more at ease. Everyone was so friendly and explained everything to me so I was never unsure about what was going on. I was checked on all through the night which was very reassuring and I felt genuinely cared for the whole stay. Thank you to my consultant, Miss Lyons, the anaesthetist, and all the staff that cared for me. I’m very grateful for all of your hard work."

"What a lovely place, polite and happy from front of house all the way through! I have been treated with respect and dignity during 5 worrying months of (sometimes very intrusive) investigative appointments. I've been thoroughly well looked after. "This is a fantastic hospital. From reception to treatment. I've recently had a Discectomy there and I was treated so well. The nurses, doctors, physiotherapist, surgeons, anesthetiser and everyone else that played a part in looking after me , I thank you all very much. The professional manner is second to none. I went in as an NHS patient and was treated like a private patient. The food is amazing!! Thank you all once again. Would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who considers private or NHS referral to go to this excellent hospital."

"Had my operation. The nurses on day care unit 'dsu' are amazing!!!!! I was so grateful to them. So are the surgeon(s), anesthetist (what can I say kept me alive and so reassuring) the recovery nurses (very caring) and the porter was friendly too. Plus kitchen lady bought me up ice cream when I couldn't eat anything else."

"I was in Pinehill yesterday. I'm a very anxious person and my emotions were running high being there for my tonsilectomy. I couldn't have asked for better care. I had my own room where my partner stayed with me. I was continuously checked on. Everyone came and introduced themselves. My partner was unable to come with me for sedation which was hell, but because of how bad I was the nurse stayed with me and held my hand whilst i was put to sleep. They made sure I was ok, and kept up with pain relief. I was made to feel so safe. I cannot say thank you enough to everyone who helped me yesterday."
