We do, of course hope that you were satisfied with the service and attention we gave you here at Pinehill. If we have, in some way, fallen short of your expectations, we do want to hear from you. Please do speak to us when you are in Pinehill and we will do everything we can to help you. If you do feel you would like to write to us, 'We Value Your Opinion' card are all around the hospital or ask a member of staff for a copy. If you feel that you would like to take a more formal route, please follow the guidance notes on 'How to make a complaint step by step'. 

Here are a few examples of recent comments from patients; 

"Mr Tai operated on me some 6 weeks ago to replace a hip joint. The operation went superbly and I was up walking the afternoon of the operation. My old hip joint was giving me a great deal of pain so much so that I limped. Now I am walking normally and with no pain. The scar from the operation has healed up perfectly and has not given me any problems. To sum up Mr Tai performed the perfect operation and with the help of the Physio team( Neil) and all the nurses at Pinehill I have recovered and I am pleased as punch that I opted to go to Pinehill for my treatment. If you are in any doubt about Mr. Tai he is as good as his word and has the skill to back it up."
