What to expect when you visit us

We are operating COVID free pathways and patients having surgery are tested before admission and undertake a period of isolation before their procedure. All our staff are regularly tested and over 90% of our staff have already received both doses of their vaccination. We continue to take precautions with all staff wearing personal protective equipment for everyone's protection. We plan all of our admissions carefully so that we can treat as many patients as safely as possible.

To all at Pinehill Hospital - I wanted to say a big thank you for giving my husband such wonderful care and attention when he had his double knee replacement. My husband could not speak highly enough of you all. Many thanks again.

I had a cataract operation on Saturday 17th July with Mr Mahmood at Pinehill Hospital. Everyone was so kind and it was a very calming atmosphere. Being introduced to the theatre staff really put me at ease. The operation was amazing. So many thanks to you all at Pinehill Hospital.

The past months have certainly been incredibly difficult for all the Pinehill staff who have continued to work in a professional and caring way throughout & have gone the extra mile to make patients feel reassured. I would like to say a big 'Thank You' to those staff that I have come into contact with during this time & also to those behind the scenes who play an important part in the brilliant work that is carried out. Well done to you all!

I would like to say how impressed I was with the whole procedure. I was always informed as to what was to happen and why it was necessary. Yvonne, Mr Vasdev’s secretary, was always prompt and clear in responding to my email questions. Mr Vasdev was very understanding and patient whenever we spoke. Following the operation, Mr Vasdev was very attentive in seeing me whilst an in-patient and in the subsequent phone calls when discharged. Overall I was very pleased with all aspects of my care.

I had rhinoplasty surgery at the end of March with the private surgeon - Mr Miles Dickson. Very, very happy with the care I received from him throughout including follow-up check. Also the nurses, staff and anaesthetists. When I stayed overnight I couldn't have had better care from the nurses. Food was good and everything ran smoothly to when I was discharged. Thank you.

- April 2021

Absolutely amazing! I cannot be more grateful for such amazing staff and doctors who looked after me here. Yesterday I had an ACL reconstruction and from my first appointment with my knee surgeon to my night nurses, everyone always had a smile on their face and could not do enough for me. Thank you to everyone at Pinehill Hospital.
