Academic background

Mr Sarvpreet Singh is a specialist lower limb Trauma and Orthopaedic surgeon.

He completed his specialist registrar training in orthopaedics on the South East Thames (now South London) Rotation. This included the following hospitals: Guy’s & St. Thomas’ Hospital, London, and hospitals on the south coast in Brighton, Eastbourne, Hastings, Ashford and Margate.

After successfully completing his training he was awarded CCT in 2016 from the Royal College of Surgeons.

He then went on to complete an internationally renowned fellowship at Exeter. There he undertook training in all aspects of knee surgery that included knee replacement, and soft tissue work.

He furthered his training at Frimley Park Hospital as a Fellow undertaking more complex work.

After completing his Fellowships, he was appointed as a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon for the North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, and works at Hinchingbrooke Hospital.

Mr Singh has completed a Master’s degree in Orthopaedics and has published in peer-reviewed journals. He has also presented scientific papers both nationally and internationally.

He has a special interest in medical education and is actively involved in the undergraduate teaching of medical students from Addenbrooke’s Medical School. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medical Educators in the UK.

Mr Singh aims to provide a personalised service to his patients, and, works closely with a dedicated group of allied health-care professionals to deliver the best possible patient outcomes.
