New state of the art endoscopy equipment at Pinehill Hospital

In order to ensure we continue to offer a high quality service, Pinehill hospital have invested a large sum of money in their endoscopy service which has seen the purchase of new endoscopy scopes and camera display systems to ensure the highest standards of patient safety, allowing practitioners the best possible chance of visualising pathology during procedure. As part of this investment, the unit now has a ScopeGuide; the benefits of this piece of equipment is that the amounts of sedative drugs can be reduced, contributing to fewer complications and quicker patient recovery whilst also reducing pain experienced by the patient as it enables operators to make pre-emptive adjustments of the scope.
