I was admitted to Pinehill Hospital on 13th September 2011, for
a total hip replacement, under the care of Mr Philip Kerr
Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and thought I would write to you
about my ‘Pinehill experience’
From the time I entered the Hospital I was treated with respect
and professionalism, from the cleaning to the nursing staff,
nothing was too much trouble for them.
Mr Kerr came to see me before my operation and again after
surgery. He visited every day and was very caring and patient with
me, he answered all my questions and put me at my ease.
I cannot fault my stay in Pinehill Hospital. I do not think my
treatment could have been any better.
I would recommend Mr Kerr and all the staff and Pinehill to
everyone.

excellent, physio was excellent, food and service was very good.
The room was very comfortable and was cleaned regularly to a good

care and the attention and facilities was excellent. The room was
bright and clean and well appointed but I didn’t have no where to

R.W, Stevenage - Everything. The level of
professionalism with all members of staff has been fantastic,
willing to help and offer answer to any queries. Always ready to
fill up water or get a cup of tea. The accommodation was clean and
had everything you’d need to make the recovery starting point easy,
including a great view. I would recommend this hospital and am

One relative being able to accompany the patient in a private room
after treatment and before discharge would be a welcome feature -
