We do, of course hope that you were satisfied with the service and attention we gave you here at Pinehill. If we have, in some way, fallen short of your expectations, we do want to hear from you. Please do speak to us when you are in Pinehill and we will do everything we can to help you. If you do feel you would like to write to us, 'We Value Your Opinion' card are all around the hospital or ask a member of staff for a copy. If you feel that you would like to take a more formal route, please follow the guidance notes on 'How to make a complaint step by step'.

"My wife and I are both fans of Pinehill Hospital. It is easy to use, clean and seems efficient. The staff are lovely. They greet you nicely, are smiling and happy and are pleasant to spend time with at a time when you are probably feeling nervous and maybe a bit frightened. It is not cheap by any standards but you do get enough time to talk to your doctor properly and not the 7 minuets allowed on the NHS. And, there is time for the small niceties such as, "We have a moment, would you like a cup of tea David". My wife was treated for cancer and myself for an eyesight problem and the service and treatment was excellent."

"I had a hernia repair under private health insurance. I cannot praise the hospital enough. From the Receptionist on my arrival for the initial consultation to the young lady who skillfully wheeled me out to my car at the end of the day after the surgery, all were polite, helpful and caring. I was kept fully informed of all that was going to happen, both before admission​and throughout the day. The anaesthetist explained the process clearly and the nurses made the experience as painless as possible given the circumstances. My thanks to all."
