We have over 30 years of service provided by our excellent teams
of Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Professionals and hotel service
staff. As part of a national private healthcare company of
37 facilities, we have shared and developed best practice and can
offer a solution for almost every one of your healthcare needs.
As well as expert medical care we have invested in our
facilities to bring you the surroundings and the care that will
make your stay more comfortable and aid a speedy recovery. For
example most of our food is freshly prepared on the premises using
local suppliers for meat fruit and vegetables.
Over the last few years we have made a significant investment in
Pinehill to provide better facilities for our patients and to
provide state of the art equipment and services. This includes
upgrading all our x-ray equipment and adding new operating
theatres and ward bedrooms. We are now better placed than ever to
provide an excellent service and to meet the needs of our local
population.
We know that safety and cleanliness are key factors for you in
the service you receive. We continually work with our infection
control staff to ensure that our infection rates are exceptionally
low at 0.2% compared with a national average of 5%.
All our staff are appropriately trained and continually updated
so that you can be assured of an excellent clinical service based
on current research. We are able to accept children and provide a
specialist service of trained nurses and doctors.
Lastly, we encourage feedback from our patients and have very
high satisfaction rates. In a recent survey (September 2010) 98%
scored us as either excellent, very good or good. However if at any
time you do have concerns, you will be encouraged to speak to our
staff who will always want to help you and make your stay as
comfortable as possible. You can even speak to a member of the
senior management team at any time during your stay and we will be
happy to help you.
